A beautifully cared for 2 bedroomed apartment in the prestigious Belgravia Club, Estepona

The Belgravia Club is a prestigious urbanization consisting of just a small number of townhouses and apartments, built in the typical Andalucian pueblo style. It nestles two minutes away from Estepona’s marina with the majestic Sierra Bermeja providing a glorious backdrop.

At its centre is a large Andalucian villa, once the home of the ambassador to Morocco. Surrounded by beautiful, mature tropical gardens in which the swimming pool is situated, the whole development lends itself to tranquillity and relaxation, and the beautifully maintained apartment is fully fitted with ample wardrobe space and cupboards.

Situated midway between Malaga and Gibraltar, Estepona can be reached comfortably from these two airports within an hour by car. Once in Estepona however, a car is not necessary as everything is within walking distance: supermarkets, bars, and restaurants at the marina close by, and everything you need in Estepona which is just a 20 minutes stroll. Taxis are available, and the apartment is on a bus route.

Estepona
Estepona, which harbours one of Spain’s finest fishing fleets, still retains its essential Spanish flavours, with lots of fiestas throughout the year. Visitors to the town are very much welcomed. The Playa del Cristo beach is 5 minutes walk. This is a wonderful beach in a sheltered bay where young and old can swim in total safety.

In the opposite direction the Playa de Rada is a long and sandy beach with its paseo.

Both these beaches have their beach bars (chiringuitos)

Estepona is well served by beautiful parks and areas of outstanding beauty, and for golfers there are many courses close by, including the challenging Estepona Golf, only 5 minutes by car.

Apart from the beach, there are lots of interesting things to do in and around Estepona.

Plaza de las Flores is a traditional square in the middle of the town, always with lots of activity, with tapas bars, and restaurants.

Paseo Maritimo is the promenade alongside the Rada, landscaped with palm trees and gardens.

The Sierra Bermeja mountain (1,500m) dominates the landscape behind Estepona. There are few places in the world where a mountain reaches this height so close to the sea (10km) and you can drive to near the top in under an hour.

There are many fascinating villages and towns close by.

The white villages such as Casares, Gaucin, Mijas: the historic cities, Sevilla, Granada, Cordoba, Jerez, Ronda. All of these are within easy reach either by car or on a day trip.

The Apartment
Your apartment is on the first floor and there is a lift. There is secure parking, access to which is controlled by a video entry system in the apartment. There is a lovely large terrace that faces south and overlooks the well-kept gardens.

The spacious apartment is approximately 130 sq.metres with a covered terrace of 24 metres.

The Bedrooms

The Living room
There is lots of space here, with an open fire for use in the winter. There is a satellite television which receives the normal British programmes, and a cd player. A large comfortable sitting area, elegant dining table and chairs complement the room.

The Kitchen

Includes a fridge and freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven with ceramic hob, with plenty of saucepans and cooking utensils and an ample supply of crockery.

The apartment is lived in for part of the year by its British owners and is maintained to a high standard.

To make an enquiry, email in the first instance, with your required dates; a booking form and an indication of availability will be sent to you by return.

We can offer a changeover day and a duration (minimum 7 nights) to suit your requirements.

To work out the price, simply pro-rata the weekly rate.

The non-smoking accommodation is for a maximum of four guests and includes:

Weekly maid service, and all linen and towels (except beach towels). A 25% deposit is required at time of booking with the balance payable 6 weeks before occupation.

Payments can be in Sterling or Euros payable to R E Stewart, by cheque or bank transfer.

Once we receive your booking form and deposit we will send you an acknowledgement confirming your reservation and detailing when the balance will be due. Information regarding directions, your local contact, and keys, will be forwarded a few weeks prior to your arrival in Spain.

Check in/out times:

Please note that check in time is after 2 pm and check out is by 10am. This is in order to accommodate the cleaning of the apartment.
